Why M&A?: Prior to joining the team, I reached out to as many industry professionals as possible to gather intelligence about the firm. I quickly learned that McCall & Almy has a stellar reputation based on going the extra mile for its clients. I also came to understand that the company takes pride in hiring only the highest quality of people. I am very proud to be working for a firm that is as concerned about my well-being as its clients.

A natural born problem solver, Chris possesses the ability to create order out of chaos. He got his start in real estate through his family’s foray into real estate development back home in New York City, but rest assured, Chris is not a Yankees fan, although he does have some allegiance to the ’86 Mets. Always learning, the lesson he took with him from this early experience was that a good handle on the quantifiable aspects of a real estate deal early on will help drive strategic decisions further down the line. He prides himself on his methodical approach to managing complex problems so that his clients always receive a thorough and defensible work product that considers all strategic possibilities and stakeholders. When not working, Chris can be found doing what he loves most; doting on his wife and two kids. Haven been bitten by the travel bug, he always has a trip on the horizon. With a love for speed and cool cars, Chris can often be found behind the driver’s seat of anything with wheels and an engine. In his past life, he was a driving instructor and traveled near and far to drive on racetracks.

With Chris’ extensive real estate knowledge and tremendous analytical capabilities, he is able to frame complex decisions from a quantitative perspective enabling data based decision making. He is a unique asset for our team and clients.”
