Neil A. Schneider, Executive Vice President

Neil serves as a real estate advisor to the firm’s clients with a specialization in tenant advisory services for corporate, high-technology and life science companies.

Neil has been involved with a number of lease extension, expansion and relocation assignments for Citrix Systems, Concert Pharmaceuticals, Constant Contact, Dynamics Research Corporation, EPIX Pharmaceuticals, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, IBM/Rational Software, Millipore Corporation, and Raytheon Company in many different markets throughout Greater Boston, the United States and Europe.

Neil was the recipient of the 2004 Office Deal of the Year Suburban Award for representing IBM Global Services. He was named a Silver member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board in 2001 and a Platinum member in 2002 and 2003.

He has been a director of the Commercial Brokers Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board since 2005 and is a former Executive Committee member of the Board of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Prior to joining McCall & Almy, Neil was Vice President of Leggat McCall Properties where he was actively involved in Company and third party institutional landlord representation assignments focusing primarily on leasing and marketing of suburban Boston office space.

Neil holds a BA in Economics from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
