David L. Richardson III, Executive Vice President

David Richardson serves as a real estate advisor for the firm’s
clients with a specialization in tenant representation. He has been involved
in the real estate industry for over 30 years, David joined McCall &
Almy in 1992.
David’s assignments have included PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Putnam
Investments, Goodwin Procter, MFS Investment Management, Brown Brothers
Harriman, Raytheon Corporation and Houghton Mifflin Company in many different
markets including Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., New York City, Phoenix,
Chicago, Indianapolis and Greater Boston.
David was named 1999 Commercial Broker of the Year by the Greater Boston
Real Estate Board. He is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association
and the Commercial Brokers Association of Greater Boston Real Estate Board.
He is a former director of NewWorld Bank and was President of the GBREB
Commercial and Industrial Institute in 1988.
David started in the business in 1978 with Leggat McCall & Werner,
focusing primarily on marketing downtown office towers. He was involved
in the leasing of Sixty State Street, 53 State Street, Copley Place, One
Liberty Square and Ten Post Office Square.
David has been extremely active as a fundraiser for the Dana Farber Cancer
Institute riding in the Pan Massachusetts Challenge for nineteen years
and serving as co-chairman of the David Almy Golf Tournament for ten years.
David holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
