Lenny C. Owens, Jr., Executive Vice President

Lenny Owens specializes in advising corporate users on real estate leasing and acquisition strategies. During his 25-year career as a commercial real estate professional, he has represented a wide variety of institutional and corporate owners and users. Recent major assignments have included Bose Corporation, Houghton Mifflin Company, IBM, MFS, Putnam Investments and Raytheon Company.

Lenny was Chairman of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board in 2005 and President of the Commercial Brokers Association in 2000 having served on both boards for several years. He was honored as the 2000 Commercial Broker of the Year and was awarded four Suburban Office Deals of the Year representing Putnam Investments in 1997 and 1999, Raytheon Company in 2003, and IBM in 2004 by the Commercial Brokers Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Lenny was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Phoenix School in Salem, MA. For ten years he served on the Board of Directors of the Salem YMCA, as President and Treasurer, as well as a founding board member and Secretary of the North Shore YMCA.

Prior to joining McCall & Almy, Lenny was a Director at Cushman & Wakefield where he specialized in suburban office leasing and sales. He was also a Vice President with CB Commercial Real Estate Group.

Lenny holds a BS in Marketing from Millikin University in Decatur, IL.
