Garrett J. Larivee

Garrett Larivee provides tenant advisory real estate services to a variety of corporate clients. He is involved with the analysis of corporate real estate projects relating to lease analysis, market information and strategic planning.

Garrett joined McCall & Almy in 2007 with over two years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining McCall & Almy, he was employed by Jones Lang LaSalle in Boston as a broker on their downtown leasing team. In this role he provided real estate guidance to both tenants and landlords and worked closely with various internal groups, including Capital Markets, Property Management, Construction and Marketing. Garrett began his career as a paralegal at Goulston & Storrs.

Garrett is an active member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and the Commercial Brokers Association, which named him its 2007 Rookie of the Year.

Garrett holds a BA in Marketing from The College of William and Mary.
