Charles J. Landry, Vice President

Chuck provides tenant advisory real estate services to a variety of corporate
clients. He is involved with advisory assignments including acquisition
and disposition analysis and execution, tenant representation, and strategic
planning.
Chuck has over eight years of experience in the real estate industry most
recently serving as Financial Analyst at McCall & Almy. In that role
he performed financial analysis of corporate real estate projects relating
to acquisition and disposition events, lease analysis, and modeling of
cash flow and GAAP projections. Prior to joining McCall and Almy he was
employed by Spaulding and Slye Colliers (now Jones Lang LaSalle) in Boston
as an estimator in their Construction and Development Group providing
services to outside clients as well as other internal groups including
Capital Markets, Property Management, Brokerage and Marketing. He began
his career as a civil engineer for Perini Corporation.
Chuck is an active member of both the Commercial Broker Association and
the Real Estate Finance Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate
Board.
Chuck holds an MBA from Babson College where he concentrated his studies
in Finance and Real Estate Finance. He also holds a BS in Civil Engineering
from Columbia University and a BS in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry
from Providence College.
