Julie L. Gray, Senior Vice President

Julie joined McCall & Almy in 1999 with a focus on providing real
estate advisory services to a variety of corporate clients. She is involved
in projects related to strategic planning, acquisition and disposition
strategies and tenant representation for clients including Partners HealthCare
Systems, Inc., Berklee College of Music and the Massachusetts School Building
Authority.
Julie has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry. She is
a member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Boston serving on the
planning committee for the annual CBA Bike Tour to raise money for local
charities. She is also an active member of New England Women in Real Estate.
In 2003, Julie was named “Power Broker” by the Co-Star Group,
ranking in the top 25 Boston-area brokers based on leasing transaction
volume.
Prior to joining McCall & Almy, Julie was an associate for Nelson,
Tietz & Hoye, a commercial real estate consulting firm in Minneapolis,
Minnesota. Her past experience also includes accounting and financial
reporting responsibilities for an institutionally-owned, Class A office
tower in downtown Minneapolis. Julie started her career in real estate
in the construction/development department at Draper and Kramer, a private,
Chicago-based real estate firm.
Julie holds a Master’s in Business Administration with Highest Academic
Honor, graduating at the top of her class, from Northeastern University.
She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University
of Massachusetts, summa cum laude.
