Joseph C. de Foleschampe, Financial Analyst

Joe de Foleschampe provides tena nt advisory real estate services to a variety of corporate clients. He is involved with the financial analysis of corporate real estate projects relating to acquisition and disposition strategies, lease analysis, strategic planning, cash flow and GAAP projections.

Prior to joining McCall and Almy, Joe was employed by Gómez Advisors in Waltham, MA., a leading research and consulting firm providing advisory and technology services to major financial services firms. While at Gómez Advisors he worked as a Financial Analyst, focusing on small business banking and financial services technology, performing syndicated and custom consulting studies that assessed market trends and industry best practices.

Joe is a member of the Real Estate Finance Association of Boston. He holds a Masters of Science in Corporate Finance from Bentley College, and a Bachelor of Environmental Design from North Carolina State University.
