Sam R. Cole, Financial Analyst

Sam Cole provides tenant advisory real estate services to a variety of corporate clients. He is involved with the financial analysis of corporate real estate projects relating to acquisition and disposition strategies, lease analysis, strategic planning and cash flow and GAAP projections.

Sam started with McCall & Almy in 2007 with over four years of experience in the real estate industry. Prior to joining McCall & Almy he was employed by Recapitalization Advisors in Boston, structuring refinancing transactions for troubled properties. He began his career as an acquisitions analyst and property manager for Eastport Real Estate.

Sam is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association and the Real Estate Finance Association of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Sam holds a BS in Business from Babson College where he concentrated his studies in Finance and Real Estate Finance.
